Selling Fees and Referrals

Selling Fees 

• Band 1 -  £999.00 (No Vat) fixed fee -   if property is less than £100,000.00  
• Band 2 -  £1250.00 (No Vat) fixed fee - if price exceeds £100,000.00 but not exceeding £150,000.00 
• Band 3 -  £1500.00 (No Vat) fixed fee - if price exceeds £150,000.00 but not exceeding £200,000.00 
• Band 4 -  £1750.00 (No Vat) fixed fee - if price exceeds £200,000.00 but not exceeding £250,000.00
• Band 5 -  £2000.00 (No Vat) fixed fee - if price exceeds £250,000.00 but not exceeding £300,000.00 
• Band 6 -  0.75% of the agreed sale price (No Vat) - If price exceeds £300,000.00.
• Advertising Fee – Free
• Withdrawal Fee – No withdrawal fee applies unless the property is removed from the market within 8 weeks of it being listed, in this case a £100 withdrawal fee will be payable. 

Optional Extras

• EPC - prices start from £78.00 and optional floor plan (combined cost) £120.00 depending on location and property size. 
• CP12 (gas certificate) £65.00
• Electrical certificate from £180.00
• Board Erecting £25.00 (Free if property reaches completion) payable on order (refunded on completion)
• Premium listings - £49.00 per property for life of advertisement payable on order
• Weekly Featured Listing £99.00

Legal Referral Fees

We are able to provide you with quotes for conveyancing should you require.  Should you choose to instruct a firm recommended by us we will be paid a referral fee from said firm of £100.00.
